where is my touchpad setting ?? - Microsoft Community

 sometimes gestures work not, cant find setting before 

gesture settings touchpad not part of windows operating system.your touchpad should have come own software to control advanced options gestures. on right hand side of taskbar there should icon can click open touchpad settings (you may have click arrow see it) . . .
