Ploblem when Edge navigation to website "Service Host: State - Microsoft Community

ploblem when edge navigation website not response , "service host: state repository service" use high cpu resource 2-3 minute

i have clean install many times has same issue. (windows 10 fall creator update don't have issue before fall creator update)

issue on open more 1 tab in edge

this issue has 1 of pc not pcs.

issue on dell optiplex 9010 sff
cpu e3-1220v2

ram 16gb (8+0+4+4) , 8gb 4+0+4+0

vga nvidia gt720/2gb

ssd intel 535/240gb

hdd 1tb wd blue

for better know concern, we'd ask information.

- getting error message @ time open microsoft edge or when on web page?

- have tried using different profile on computer , getting same issue?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
