hi natalie,

before attempting reset computer account password, make sure using correct keyboard settings, , try available methods sign in account. try turning caps lock on , off, use alternative sign-in method (pin or picture password, if available), or change keyboard layout if have multiple layouts set in windows.

if things done , you're still unable sign-in computer. suggest reset windows 10 local account password. this, follow steps provided on link.
