I am restricted to doing many things and want to reset my pc, but - Microsoft Community

right now, not able download applications "error occurred attempting create directory c:\programdata\microsoft\windows" gave though day been trying find fix, been through every thread, no hope. want reset pc seeing , game run horribly under 20 fps when used hundreds. started malware / virus issue. virus shut down anti-virus software , not let remotely close anti-virus / anti-malware install.

i managed remove virus, of hand, noticed of symptoms stayed. notably anti-virus programs not installing or running. can run of them in safe mode, fail in safe mode networking or diagnostic start. also, not install installed in safe mode (after turning on installer service).

i got windows defender working , removed threat (twice) problem remained.

i tried doing reset pc option have same symptoms of little circle going 1 second stopping. can not find in event viewer indicate why failed. tried re-installation iso download, no luck, dont have usb guessing if iso didn't work wouldnt work usb. 

i have run suggestions possibly find,but again no avail. appreciated.

have opted clean installation? removing hard drive might way start fresh windows 10. set default. error message when tried reinstall windows using iso?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
