how to free up MEMORY, NOT DISK SPACE - Microsoft Community

i low on memory, i've tried disk cleanup , defragmenting still on low have do? 

***post moved moderator appropriate forum topic.***

try disabling many programs possible running @ startup. also, check task manager , look for apps that uses more ram memory supposed to.
