i trying load jettion 3d portable scanner 2nd edition software won't load , keeps giving feature transfer error:

featrue:  scanpub
component:    exe_check_jetion
error:    access denied.

want mention tried , didnt work:

how fix "feature transfer error" or "catastrophic failure" when installing?

catastrophic failure caused missing system files or broken system registry structures. critical sign of unstable system typically caused improper maintenance of computer.

please first make sure login administrator privileges on pc when installing program. please following steps check "all users" folder.

1) open "all users" folder (for winxp: "c:\documents , settings\all users", vista/win7/win8/win10: "c:\users\public"). 
2) in "all users" folder, right-click on "shared documents" or "public documents" folder , select "properties". 
3) in "general" tab, clear check-box marked "read-only".
4) click "apply" , "ok" on pop-up box.
5) then, go "security" tab 
6) select "administrators".
7) verify "deny" not checked anything. if is, please un-check it. (for vista/win7/win8/win10: please click "edit" update it.)
8) verify "allow" checked "full control". if not, please check it. (for vista/win7/win8/win10: please click "edit" update it.)
9) if there other entries in group or user names list, repeat steps 8-9 each of them.
10) click on "apply", click on "ok".

11) go start screen, type , search %temp%, delete of them. (c:\users\<user account>\appdata\local\temp.)
12) go windows explorer @ c:\windows\temp, , delete files under temp folder.
13) go start screen, type , search windows update. select "check updates" search list check , install important updates.
14) reboot computer.

this issue may happen if windows installer not working or installer not compatible system. suggest install in compatibility mode. follow steps below:

  1. right click on driver installation file , select properties tap or click on compatibility tab.
  2. place check in run program in compatibility mode box.
  3. tap or click drop down box , select previous operating system, tap or click ok.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
