DTP Watchdog Violation Constant Blue Screens - Microsoft Community


driving me insane!

since major update have constant dtp watchdog violation blue screens - multiple times day.

i have reset windows couple of times, performed many other tweaks no avail.

desperate laptop close unusable , died had connected microsoft support - hoping best way closer fixing this!

bug checks is:

the computer has rebooted bugcheck.  the bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff800e6c78348). dump saved in: c:\windows\memory.dmp. report id: a848b885-b55c-46d9-a47a-a00e1c042eaa.

i assume dump file needs analysed - need detail on how uploaded.

hi alvin,

most of time, blue screen of death errors caused old or corrupted drivers. gives error message. if any, send screenshot of exact error message. also, have made modifications/configurations on computer prior issue?
