how fix issue?

have done far troubleshoot problem? how long has been happening? have installed new software or hardware drivers since started experience problem? if so, , designed windows 10? have checked manufacturers website or contact support find out compatibility, updates or support windows 10? have system restore point created go to? problem occur in other user accounts on computer? version of windows 10 installed: 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703? version of windows did upgrade from? awaiting reply.
