Blue Screens while playing video games Destiny 2 and Call of Duty WWII - Microsoft Community

while trying play 2 mentioned games @ maximum graphical settings having bsod giving me stop codes of system_service_exception "what failed" of nvlddmkm.sys. turning down graphics little bit yeilded positive results of not blue screening more. playing destiny 2 again after tweeked the graphics again got bsod another system_service_exception. upon looking @ event viewer found bugcheck few minutes after bsod say:

the computer has rebooted bugcheck.  bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8010a468154, 0xffff9b80c7ef7d40, 0x0000000000000000). dump saved in: c:\windows\memory.dmp. report id: a7514aaa-1e04-40cb-bc54-ef6626163f8b.

so im not sure whats wrong. i've heard failing psu, gpu being ram. have no idea go information i've gathered

the blue screen error you're getting means hardware error has occurred on computer. initial troubleshooting step, suggest visit link (troubleshoot blue screen errors) , check if helps.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
