hi, have tablet pc external hard drive. windows asks scan , fix clicked on scan , fix during scanning , fixing process accidently canceled process, time unable open hard drive shows error drive not accessible , parameter incorrect. how can fix problem have 200 gb's of data , don't want loose it.  hi, for provide solution suited concern, need additional information: have tried using different ports connect external hard drive? did try using other devices connect hard drive , access files? we'll wait response. i got window 10 home edition version 1607,when update newer version using windows 10 upgrade assistant mdsl zte  modem stopped working unistalled updates , fear do that again . purchased microsoft lifecam (version 3.5) in 2015 , no longer work in window 10.  is there software update model or planned obsolesence -- in other words, webcam no longer supported , waste of money?  if there no software update model, why not?   Windows / Windows 10 / Devices & drivers / PC
