Excel Stops Responding to Keyboard - Microsoft Community

hi, have 3 spreadsheets work on on daily basis, 1 of them 28834 kb, 1 4184 kb , last 1 34kb. while working on them keyboard randomly stop working, mouse can still move 1 cell other keyboard won't work, if switch spreadsheet type there , go 1 i'm working on starts working again. other thing happens top of screen, menus way row # 15 duplicate in screen in whichever excel spreadsheet i'm working on, , i'll have exit excel , log in. frustrating because happens every single day.

i used have excel 2007 on windows 7, due issue company bought me new computer has windows 10 , excel 2013 64bit issue has persisted. please help!!

for narrow down , provide proper resolution, may know if have installed software applications or changed hardware devices device prior concern?

when did start encountering issue?
changes made on computer prior issue?
have tried possible troubleshooting steps? if yes, steps , did error messages?
