i have windows 10 n doesn't include media pack. until new anniversary issue use kb install it. no longer works, , searching through community trying different options still cannot work. i use adobe after effects work , requires media player media core plugins, , requires player (cant' remember which) fails load once anniversary update made. bottom line, makes after effects unusable. i have been forced install anniversary update twice, second time let run , rolled back. spent 8 days trying work first time. does have resolution path this? 1 works? kb updates download didn't work, , we're visible in historyu. although have since found wushowhide.diagcab unhides them. no idea if works. next, people buy regular windows pro (not 'n' version) experience same problem? i'm thinking do. this cripples me , need know how many times can roll before starts fail. ***post moved moderator appropriate forum category.***

i've been using computer running windows 10 3 years no issues. today keyboard stopped working; every keyboard command assumes pressing control. cleaned keyboard, no success. unplugged keyboard , started on-screen keyboard. when noticed on-screen keyboard shows control key on. control flickering on , off, not long enough me type anything. attempted reboot, uninstalling keyboard drivers, , system restore.  got locked out of machine because error starts occuring boots, though takes minute before kicking in (managed computer on third reboot). out of ideas. other suggestions? after many hours , tribulations, discovered root cause mouse.  apparently sending signals control, alt, , shift keys somehow.  no idea how happen, unplugged mouse started working fine.  thanks suggestions! i have edirol recorder has not been working windows 10 since last windows 10 update. when connect computer's usb port, computer makes sound has connected , appears in device manager under "disc drives" not show in drive manager or file explorer. when show hidden devices in device manager, see greyed out "eiderol wavmp3 recorder usb device" [sometimes more one] in addition solid "eiderol wavmp3 recorder usb device". if click on greyed entries , uninstall device , eiderol device not plugged in, greyed entries deleted - plugging in device or restarting computer , plugging in device not work. if click on greyed entries , uninstall device - device start working , appear on file explorer, computer crashes. after getting device work , shutting down computer, have same problem next time try use device. i have tried update driver on device manager, no new driver found. hello s
