Colored noise screen whenerver my pc wakes up from sleep - Microsoft Community

hi there! whenever close laptop or falls asleep, when wake up, colored noise screen appears (like static tv channel color). there lighter box replaces cursor (i can move box around). have no idea why happens, can't seem stop happening. way found out of screen hold down power button on computer , restart it. first time happened, after restarting , logging in, 2 command prompt windows opened (i saw system32 in name somewhere) , closed after couple of seconds. other those, nothing suspicious has happend. installed windows update to try , fix it, nothing has changed. didn't download caused (at least not recently), , antivirus software doesn't wrong. looked online , couldn't find same problem. appreciated.

version of windows 10 installed?
make , model of computer?

uninstall display driver restart
boot windows 10 desktop
press windows key + x
click device manager
expand display adapters
right click current display adapter
click uninstall
exit device manager
restart
